Job description:

Ideally the brand Executive will come from a leading FMCG or Telecom background and will have experience in 360 degree launch rollouts.

Should be able to effectively multitask in the dynamic telecom industry and be able to meet deadline in high stress environment.

Expected to work with diverse teams, manage people & be creative in approach

Also having an experience in On-ground marketing and brand activation.

Play a key role towards Managing Corporate Brand
Ensuring campaigns are rolled out on time
Team Management
Stakehold Management
Agency Management
Budget Management
Demonstrate proactivity towards participation in special projects and initiatives

Your typical day at work:

Assist the team in achievement & delivery of Annual Brand Plans.
Regular liason with multifunctional teams to design & implement various campaigns
Read, analyze and synergize learnings from various sources of information.
Assist the brand team in developing & implementing Market Plans, Brand Strategies, Communication
Budget Management for Brand
Gain deep understanding of the competitors strategy & working.
Stake holder management both Internal and External.
Internal Campaigns Management with stakeholders
Agency Management
Liaison with Telenor Group on projects
Manage IVR prompts across company

Education and Skills:

  • Masters in Marketing and Strategy
  • Project Management
  • Campaign Execution

Knowledge Area:

  • Knowledge of Brand Strategies, Communication Development & Deployment
  • Knowledge of brand Portfolio Analysis, Target Audience Profiling, Consumer Insight Generation
  • Coordination and planning of budgets, people and time management
  • High level of initiative and assertiveness
  • Multitasking
