-Finding reliable suppliers for local non stock purchasing.
-Getting quotes and making comparative analysis.
-Generating Manual POs for non-stock local purchasing.
-Getting necessary PO approvals and placing orders to suppliers.
-Follow up on deliveries.
-Invoice follow up, checking and matching with delivery doc and approved POs.
-Other day to day liaison with these vendors.
-Timely submission of invoices and to check General Sales Tax and Income Tax are correctly mentioned and calculated in invoices.
-Maintain vendor’s records.
-As back up support and in indent sales for placing orders with PCs and follow up on such orders.
-To implement ISO requirement in the local purchase area.
-At least 1 year of experiance
-A good knowledge of local taxation (Withholding & Sales Tax).
Hands on experience in Microsoft Excel & Word. Relevant Market knowledge.
Good command on English
-Graduate-University Degree of B.com
